Shipment Policy

1. Domestic Shipping

We deliver our products in all over the Countries.  Please note that certain remote areas may experience longer shipping times or be subject to additional shipping fees.

3. General Shipping Policies

3.1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed  on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3.2. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If the shipping address provided is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

3.3. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs inspections. We are not responsible for such delays.

4. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery. Refunds for the product (excluding shipping fees) may be issued in some cases, at the company’s discretion.
